Safety information

Testosterone is prescribed only after a live video evaluation and labs. Not for men trying to conceive, with prostate or breast cancer, or with untreated severe sleep apnea. Common effects include acne, fluid retention, higher red blood cell count and reduced sperm production. Your provider monitors hematocrit, PSA and estradiol throughout.

This is a controlled substance. Federal rules require a live audio-video visit before prescribing; an in-person exam may be required if those rules change.
