Who is prescribing my medication?

A named, licensed provider in your state. You see their name and credentials before you pay, and they review your labs and history before prescribing.

Are compounded medications safe?

Compounded medications are made patient-specifically by a licensed pharmacy when your provider documents a clinical reason. They are not FDA-approved and are not versions of any FDA-approved drug. Your provider reviews risks with you.

Labs

Do I need labs before I start?

Yes, for every program. Choose an at-home kit or a draw at Quest or Labcorp. No prescription is written from a questionnaire alone.

Are labs included in the price?

See the Pricing page. Initial labs are listed separately from the monthly plan so you always know what you pay.

Shipping

How does medication ship?

From BioForm Compounding or the pharmacy you choose, in plain packaging, with cold-chain when required. Most orders arrive 2–5 days after your prescription.

Which states do you ship to?

Billing

What does the monthly price include?

Medication and supplies, provider care, dose adjustments, messaging and monitoring. It is a subscription to a treatment plan, not a purchase of medication.

What if I’m not prescribed?

The plan portion is refunded automatically within 5 business days. You pay only for labs.

Cancellation

How do I cancel?

From your patient account, any time before your next shipment. No fee.

Do plans auto-renew?

Yes, each billing cycle, until you cancel. The auto-renewal terms are shown on every product page before intake.
